Please allow min. 5-7 business days for the processing of the order and another 3-5 business days for deliveries in Europe and 5-7 days for the rest of the world.
RETURNS
ALL DISCOUNTED OR SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Final sale items are marked in the product description. We accept items in new condition with the original tags attached for a refund, store credit, or exchange. You have two weeks from the delivery date of your order to submit a return request. Items placed during sale periods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGES
To start your exchange please reach out to us at shop@siersted.world. Your exchange will be processed and your new item will be shipped once the original order has been received by us and approved by our quality control. Please send us tracking information once your package has been shipped.
